Hand Massage

Hand massage and exercise both help the circulation and relieve tension and stiffness. Always massage towards the wrist using the thumb and index finger. Make small rotary movements on each joint with the little finger.

Excercise for Hand Massage

The following exercises should be practised daily:

  • Stretch your fingers out as tautly as possible, relax and then throw them out again. Repeat this several times.
  • Shake your hands until they are completely relaxed and limp.
  • Circle your hands from the wrist, making the circle as deep as possible. Repeat this several times.

Masaage Cream

Lanolin Cuticle Cream: Lanolin is an excellent cuticle cream. Mix to a paste 2 lteacbiltehsipno. ons lanolin with 2 teaspoons kaolin or powdered

PetroleumJelly Cuticle Cream: Mix 2 tablespoons of pure petroleum jelly with half a teaspoon
glycerine and a drop of red food colouring. Beat them together to make a paste.
